KINspeak was born from my own remembering process.
As a child, I spent many hours speaking with a veiled woman who lived in my imagination. She told me her name was Zahira, that her voice had been taken away and her body locked in a tower. She was so vivid to me, so alive – I drew portraits of her and so deeply resonated with her story as a powerful, persecuted witch and medicine-keeper.
Years later... as I devote ever-more deeply to my role as a steward of ancestral business craft, I have come to realise that Zahira was not an imaginary friend. She was an ancient ancestor, one of the many women of my lineage who had been stifled and suppressed.
We all echo with the voices of those who yearn to be heard.
Ancestral voices of wisdom and revolution, of radical hope and power. Many of us are called to entrepreneurship to give expression to those voices. To hear them sing through us. To be a vessel for bringing vivid life back to the crafts, medicines and ancestral visions that have faded from living memory. I created KINspeak as an answer to that call. This space is for coaches and healers who want so much more than a business built on rigid and dehumanising strategies. It is for those of us who hear the call to shift culture, and to bring more nuanced, revolutionising and complex expression to the coaching and healing worlds. For those of us claiming artistry for our lineages.
KINspeak was birthed in co-creation with Zahira and the many veiled women of my lineage whose names have been lost. This membership, this sacred community and the liberatory visions we weave inside as sisters, are my homage to all the lost voices and visions of our lineages. Through us, may they sing once again.
Meet your guide
Heenali, also known as sacred weaver, is an ancestral business coach who has worked with dozens of women of colour to evolve thriving businesses rooted in artistry, authentic story-telling and ancestral wisdom. As a former racial equity campaigner for almost a decade, her orientation to business is woven with visions for collective liberation and decolonised spaces that honour lineages and land.
As the descendant of freedom fighters in British-occupied India, her sacred assignment is to guide women of colour and their allies towards waking up the pathways for revolution and reimagination that live in their bodies, so that they can claim their birth rights as conscious leaders, medicine-keepers and stewards of money in the new earth paradigm.
Heenali was named as one of Forbes 30 Under 30 for founding a media platform campaigning for the health, justice and educational rights of WoC across Britain. She is also an award-winning short story writer who loves magic-realist, diasporic tales. She is the creator of Ancestral Business Craft™, a ground-breaking framework for supporting WoC and their allies to build decolonised, ancestrally reverent and financially nourishing legacies.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to commit to staying inside KINspeak?
KINspeak is a monthly membership that you are free to cancel at anytime and with immediate effect. There is no minimum time commitment for being in the space.
What if I can’t keep up with all the audio transmissions?
There is no such thing as ‘falling behind’ inside KINspeak! The space is set up for you to take in the audios at your own pace – and most, if not all, the transmissions are timeless (even the ones delivered around the new or full moon contain so many nuggets you can be nourished by at any time). The monthly live classes are also recorded, so you can enjoy those at your own pace too.
I’m already in a group programme/ 1:1 container. What can this space offer me that I’m not already getting?
KINspeak is the perfect community to join as a supplement to other group or 1:1 spaces you are part of. The resources and community you receive access to inside will undoubtedly accelerate your business journey. Do not underestimate the power of seasonal business craft and community care to provide your nervous system with the anchorage it needs to take needle-moving and aligned action in a way that honours the seasonality of your body and business.
The vast majority of business coaching spaces do not provide any guidance on decolonised praxis and weaving liberatory visioning into your work. The coaching and healing industry as a whole cannot afford to keep ignoring voices of the global majority and those demanding the end of whyte-washed and colonial approaches. Do I get access to all past audios and class replays too?
Yes, you get immediate access to every podcast-style transmission and masterclass – that’s hours and hours of gold!
Do I need to know about astrology in order to benefit from being in KINspeak?
No. I guide you through seasonal, lunar and zodiac themes with as little astrological jargon as possible.
What if I’m just starting up my business?
KINspeak would be the perfect place for you! One of the most vital practices we need to lean into on the journey from $0- $5k months is experimenting with our voice, offerings and vision – KINspeak is so beautifully set up to support you to do that in a body-reverent way from the get-go.
I don’t have a business yet. Is this space suitable for me?
KINspeak is for coaches and healers who already have a business, or who plan to begin a business soon. If neither of these apply to you, you could still join the space and learn a lot about decolonisation, liberation, creative process and spiritual evolution – but as the majority of resources refer to business, you may not experience the full benefits of what KINspeak has to offer.
Can I get coaching from you inside KINspeak?

Do you offer refunds?
This program is not refundable, given the digital nature of the resources you get access to as soon as you join the space. You are however, free to cancel your monthly membership at any time.
